ScholarOS is a learning platform operated by Piana IT Solutions Private Limited. It offers courses across software engineering, AI, Languages & Culture, and related technology and culture topics for learners at every level.

This Privacy Policy explains how ScholarOS collects, uses, shares, and protects learner information when you register, enrol in a course, make payments, access course material, receive certificates, or contact support.

ScholarOS collects information you submit during registration, including name, email address, mobile number, city, qualification, college or organization, experience level, and learning goals.

When you make a paid course enrollment, payment processing is handled through Razorpay. We may receive payment status, order ID, payment ID, and verification details required to confirm your enrollment.

We also collect limited technical information automatically — such as device type, browser, IP address, pages accessed, and session logs — to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

We use your information to process registrations, manage course enrollment, send course communication, provide learning support, issue certificates, generate invoices, and respond to support requests.

Payment-related information is used only to create payment orders, verify transactions, update enrollment status, and maintain lawful financial records.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to improve course content, platform performance, and learner experience.

ScholarOS uses Razorpay as a third-party payment gateway. Card, UPI, net banking, wallet, and other payment instrument details are processed by Razorpay under its own security and compliance controls.

ScholarOS does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials on its servers.

Payment records — such as order ID, payment ID, amount, and status — are retained for enrollment verification, refunds, and lawful financial record-keeping.

We share information only when needed to deliver the course, process payments, comply with law, prevent fraud, or support platform operations.

We do not sell learner personal information. We may share limited information with trainers, mentors, and course partners strictly for course delivery and learner support.

We retain registration, enrollment, payment, invoice, and certificate records for as long as needed for course operations, legal compliance, and business record keeping.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your learner information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also opt out of non-essential course or marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting support.
